OKAY SO.

I'm just sort of rambling on my own if anyone feels like saying I THINK THIS SHOULD BE DIFFERENT or THIS CLASHES WITH MY HEADCANON feel free to correct me.


His living situation, compared to his canon one, I imagine is pretty similar. Same sort of house, same UGH DAD CAKES NO lifestyle as ever. His posters still indicate his shitty movie interests, though they're no longer scribbled on top of. Which is probably good because the sort of discomfort he feels with jesters and such will be less without the nightmares/issues gamzee gave him.

Does Jane live with them, even though she's his cousin??? Probably, I guess, that's up to the jane player.

I think his overall feelings on the alpha timeline kids are THEY'RE ALRIGHT but he much prefers his beta timeline friends. I think he teases jane a lot like "hey guess what: jake likes me more than you :B :B :B " because he completely missed the memo that she's a crush on him and also because john is sometimes kind of an ass.

He's got the hammer thing still going for him as a weapon I guess because it's probably what he's going to grab in a panic when this whole thing starts and then be like ??? i guess i can use this?????   Dad pls teach him how to throw safes at people, quick.

Not too sure how the "breath" powers will manifest themselves in this universe. I'm thinking that since Tavros' part in it implied some sort of healing this with his own breath powers, it might be able to be drawn from in Johns. Or maybe he can just, idk. Jump higher and run a little faster as if the wind was carrying him or something. I mean, geez, maybe it's possible; his powers were pretty realised in canon despite him having discovered almost all of them on accident.


Also idk random headcanon: John is a shit cook because he pretty much avoids the kitchen at all costs. It's terrible.
